The WS3000 Mixed Signal Option adds logic analysis capabilities to the WaveSurfer 3000 series oscilloscopes. 16 digital channels can be acquired at up to 500 MS/s and displayed time-correlated with the analog signal waveforms. This makes the WaveSurfer 3000 oscilloscope the ideal analysis platform for developing embedded systems with FPGA, DSP, ADC, and DAC components.The WS3000-MSO option has a bandwidth of 125 MHz and a memory depth of 10 MS/channel. The memory for analog acquisition remains fully intact.
